CRASH! Creative will fulfill graphic design requests from the client.
Once you’ve completed the onboarding process, you will be assigned a brand portal with all the tools you need to get started. You send us design requests (must including all details, info / content). Each design will be valued based on our point system. We design to your specifications and deliver the requested file types.
An initial brief to better understand what your company needs and how we can best assist. In order to give you the best service, we expect the client to provide as many details as possible, so we can effectively create, in a timely manner.
As your dedicated creative partner, we can work with your company to strictly create design assets, or we can be hired to provide creative direction, content development or brand development & strategy.

The Basic Plan was designed as a plan for clients who need several smaller design requests on a monthly basis – such as social media graphics, flyers, announcements or other quick design items at a more frequent rate.
The Brand Manager Plan is designed for clients who need more than just a quick design. This plan is for the client that would like creative direction/strategy and has more elaborate design needs for their business. Such as presentations, documents and other elaborate collateral.
The Creative Department is designed for brands that prefer to have a designated creative team focused on design & strategy around the goals and vision of their brand. This team is capable of managing the creative tasks for your business on a monthly basis.
RETAINER PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE:
New Logo Design: If you need a new brand, business, product, or project logo designed from scratch, this will be quoted and billed as a flat fee.
New Website Design: If you need a new website designed from scratch, this will be quoted and billed as a flat fee.
Added costs & Project Expenses: Services do not include additional costs like stock photography purchases, subcontractor fees, web hosting purchases and printing. We will consult with you before beginning project work to identify any fees or costs that may be billed in addition to your creative retainer agreement.
Our brand portals are landing pages dedicated to your brand and plan with CRASH! Creative. This portal is set up specific to your needs, your desired services and will house all information regarding your brand.
Each month, CRASH! Creative will prepare an invoice that shows the number of the item requests included in your plan. You will get an invoice on the first day of each month. This Invoice will also include the monthly retainer rate for that month PLUS any additional charges incurred from previous month.
Yes, before every request you will have the choice of selecting whether or not the design should be packaged as an editable file or not. This option is required to be completed before submission. We only provide editable file types from the platforms listed in the design scope section.
Basic editable templates that are designed to be edited via user friendly platforms (ex: Canva)
You can request and receive native source files - (.psd, .ai, .eps, .id)
Our design team works 5 days a week (M-F) and capable of producing quick turnaround requests, in a reasonable manner. Please expect 24hr turnaround for basic requests and 48 hours for premium requests. Larger, more complex requests may take longer, but you will be notified of the turnaround time before project begins – for your approval.
URGENT REQUESTS require a rush fee. You will be notified before hand for your approval and billed for that request. Urgent items are requests that the client needs same day, during the weekend or after working hours. *Please note: Not all urgent requests can be completed – depending on the circumstances, but we will work with you as best as we are able to assist you. You will be notified before the project starts to inform you whether we can meet your deadline or not. You will also be required to pay the rush fee before work begins, this is not included in your monthly plan.

This program was developed as a result of high demand design needs and the amount of requests from our clients. Our design program designates your brand as a priority client and automatically places you on our work schedule, no matter how small or large your project may be.
At the end of the month, if you haven’t used up all of your requests, those items expire and your plan will reset to back to zero for the new month.
