Based on the July 22nd target launch date, CRASH! Creative will prioritize this project for a focused two-week production timeline. This allows Belo & Co. Records additional time to order printed materials, apparel, merchandise, and other launch items featuring the approved logo and website information ahead of the official launch.

Project timing is strictly dependent on timely client feedback, approvals, content and media contributions, domain purchase, hosting setup, and any third-party service requirements needed to complete the launch.

We begin with creative alignment around the vision, audience, tone, and visual direction for Belo & Co. Records. This phase helps establish the foundation before design begins.

Client Dependencies

What We’ll Need From The Client

Timely approvals, consolidated feedback, logo and website content direction, artist or label information, images or media assets, social links, contact details, and any required launch materials.

Separate Costs

Third-Party Services Are Not Included

Domain purchase, hosting/platform subscriptions, premium plugins, stock assets, email accounts, third-party integrations, and any external software or service fees are separate from the $2,500 project investment.

Agreement & Project Initiation

Deposit Confirms Approval To Begin.

This Statement of Work outlines the agreed project scope, deliverables, investment, and process for the Belo & Co. Records brand development and digital launch project.

Project Investment

The total project investment is $2,500. A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due prior to final delivery, launch, and transfer of completed brand assets.

Acceptance of Agreement

Submission of the initial deposit serves as acceptance of this Statement of Work and authorizes CRASH! Creative to begin development for Belo & Co. Records.

Ownership of Final Assets

Upon completion of the project and receipt of final payment, Belo & Co. Records will retain full ownership of the approved final logo, brand assets, and website materials created specifically for this project.

Scope & Additional Requests

Any services requested outside of the approved scope — including expanded website pages, ongoing management, marketing campaigns, content creation, media production, or additional brand collateral — may be quoted separately.

Agreement Details

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms
The total project investment is $2,500 USD. A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. The remaining balance is due prior to final website launch, transfer of final assets, and project completion.
Non-Refundable Deposit
Due to scheduling, creative allocation, and project prioritization, the initial deposit is non-refundable once the project has commenced.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely feedback, approvals, requested content, media assets, social links, contact information, and any additional materials necessary to complete the project within the proposed timeline.
Communication & Feedback
To maintain project momentum and clarity, the client agrees to provide consolidated feedback and designate a primary decision-maker whenever possible. Fragmented or delayed feedback may impact timelines.
Timeline Dependency
Project timelines are strictly dependent on client communication, consolidated feedback, approvals, content delivery, and access to any required accounts or platforms. Delays in communication or materials may impact delivery timelines.
Launch Delays
CRASH! Creative is not responsible for launch delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, incomplete deliverables from the client, third-party vendor delays, or account access limitations.
Revisions & Direction Changes
The project includes collaborative revisions during approved development phases. Significant changes in creative direction after approvals or project milestones may require timeline adjustments and/or additional fees.
Third-Party Costs
Domain purchases, hosting subscriptions, premium applications/plugins, stock assets, email services, printing, merchandise production, apparel, and any external vendor costs are separate from the project investment unless otherwise stated.
Hosting & Platform Services
CRASH! Creative will assist with setup and launch support; however, all ongoing hosting, platform subscriptions, domain renewals, and third-party account billing remain the responsibility of the client.
Browser & Platform Compatibility
CRASH! Creative will optimize the website for modern browsers and responsive devices; however, identical appearance and functionality across all browsers, operating systems, and third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed.
Content Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights, permissions, and ownership for all content, images, logos, media, music, and materials supplied for use within the project.
Ownership of Final Assets
Upon receipt of final payment, Belo & Co. Records will retain ownership of all approved final logo files and completed brand assets developed specifically for this project.
Confidentiality
CRASH! Creative agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, sensitive, or proprietary business information shared by Belo & Co. Records throughout the duration of the project. Confidential information will not be disclosed, shared, or used outside of the scope of this engagement unless authorized by the client or required by law.
Project Pause / Cancellation
If the project becomes inactive for an extended period due to lack of communication, missing materials, or paused direction from the client, CRASH! Creative reserves the right to reschedule the project timeline and invoice for completed work performed up to that point.
Post-Launch Support
The project includes a limited post-launch support period for minor adjustments and technical corrections directly related to the original scope. Additional updates or new requests beyond this period may require a separate quote.
Limitation of Liability
CRASH! Creative shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, platform outages, third-party service interruptions, or business losses related to the use or performance of external platforms, hosting providers, or client-managed services.
Out-of-Scope Services
Additional website pages, expanded functionality, ongoing management, social media campaigns, media production, content creation, copywriting beyond agreed deliverables, or post-launch support outside the approved scope may be quoted separately.

By submitting the initial deposit, Belo & Co. Records acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this Statement of Work and authorizes CRASH! Creative to begin development.
