Your monthly retainer establishes your core level of support. When a larger project, new initiative or heavier month comes up, additional capacity can be added without changing the entire relationship.

Additional monthly hours

Work exceeding the included 40 monthly hours is billed at $125/hour. Additional hours are approved before work proceeds.

Large projects can be scoped separately

A website, campaign, AI build or other larger initiative can be added to an existing retainer as a separate project when it makes more sense than using monthly hours.
